APF were the best, from the 1st phone call to ask about our father’s funeral (something none of us do on a daily basis) they were so helpful (yes I realise it’s a business & that’s their job) but the caring, understanding & patients they have with their clients is outstanding.

My family and I were given so much support, care, empathy and compassion during our very difficult time after my mother’s death. With each interaction, we were always also asked whether we were going all OK. Furthermore, my mother’s funeral was complicated by an issue with GMCT and David went more than above and beyond to help my family.
I was absolutely impressed with how the mortician made my mother look so beautiful.
The day of the funeral and of the funeral were absolutely perfect and I know for certain that it was all exactly how my mother wanted her funeral to be done.

Recently our beloved mother passed away and we, her children had to arrange her funeral.
Mum had wanted a simple low key funeral. To complicate matters there were timing (short time to arrange) as well as logistics constraints. We had spoken with other funeral directors before we came to Australian Pensioner Funerals and met Arianne Spratt.
Once Arianne understood our requirements, she methodically set about working out a plan to accommodate us. Throughout the planning Arianne exhibited kindness, empathy and sensitivity. Remarkably the funeral took place 3 days later and it went smoothly thanks to Arianne and her team on the day.

We used Australian Pensioner Funerals for my grandmother’s funeral. They were amazing and provided outstanding service.
Arianne was our main contact person and was truly wonderful. From the outset, her warmth, kindness, gentleness and compassion were abundant and greatly appreciated. She did everything to ensure that our wishes and ideas were taken into consideration in the planning of the funeral. She was also very helpful and had great suggestions, and was always happy to look into things further and follow things up for us.
She approached every conversation and interaction with care, sensitivity and professionalism, and really took steps to ensure that my grandmother’s life was honoured in a special way.
She was also highly organised, diligent, efficient and had excellent communication skills.

David and Arianne was very helpful with organising the entire funeral with ease. They were very supportive, well communicated.
The whole process was very seamless right from liaising with church, cemetery, photo presentation, live stream etc., on the day of the funeral. Arianne, David and Robyn were very professional and the whole ceremony went well.
