Because we are not answerable to third-parties, our business model does not include spending large amounts of money on advertising, recruiting and marketing enabling us to pass these savings on to our client families. We have over 30 years experience efficiently managing our funeral business, minimising overhead costs while ensuring that our focus remains providing affordable funerals in a caring and supportive way.
We support local, regulated Crematoriums in Victoria. Our cremations take place of your choice of: Fawkner Memorial Park, Altona Memorial Park, Lilydale Memorial Park, Springvale Botanical Cemetery, Bunurong Memorial Park and Geelong Memorial Park.
We do not transfer people to privately run crematoriums interstate, supporting Victorian cemetery trusts and ensuring that our clients know the location of their loved ones at all times.
Our funeral packages are complete packages with GST included. We include all that is required for a dignified funeral service in our packages including both a celebrant for the service and coffin. The only additional fee that may apply is when a transfer into our care is required outside of business hours or from regional locations.
Yes, our Funeral Directors will readily make an appointment with you to make funeral arrangements for all of our services, when preferred. An appointment can be held at our office or our staff can travel to meet with you at your home or a convenient location for you.
Appointments are included in our package pricing and no additional fee applies.
We make all efforts for the Funeral Director who has made arrangements with you to be in attendance at the funeral. Knowing that the person you have met will be there is reassuring. On rare occasions when this is not possible, you will be notified who the Funeral Director will be and they will offer their support to you before the funeral service.
