Springvale Botanical Cemetery is located 22 km from Melbourne’s CBD and can be accessed from the M1 or Princes Highway.
The Cemetery offers five chapel options located onsite to hold attended funeral or memorial services and a refreshment venue to hold wakes or functions.
Chapels can be used for both religious and non-religious services including Funeral Service, Memorial Services or for viewings and small farewells. They are available to use either prior to a cremation or burial at the cemetery or if preferred, afterwards.
The Blair Chapel and Wilson Chapels are the two smaller chapels creating an intimate space for smaller services with views into courtyard gardens.
The Renowden Chapel is a slightly larger chapel which offers dignified yet intimate space for slightly larger services.
The Boyd Chapel is the largest of the traditional chapels accommodating larger funerals with high ceilings and arched windows, it offers a traditional space.
The Atrium is a multi-purpose space with a striking light filled roof. It has a modern interior.
For very large services there are overflow capabilities into adjoining chapels for the Atrium, the Renowden and the Boyd Chapels.

All chapels are designed for purpose. They are an accessible venue offering nearby amenities for guests. Refreshments can be booked after the service in a nearby room in the Clarence Reardon Centre.

Free car parking is available in carparks nearby to the chapels. Additional parking is available in other locations in the cemetery including next to the reception building.
To find the chapel carpark, follow the blue line painted on the cemetery roads within the cemetery and signage.
Access to the carparks near the chapels is from 6th Avenue.
