… I just wanted to thank you and Angela (& Portia) for all your wonderful help with Elizabeth’s funeral arrangements and also how smoothly the whole service and burial went on the day.

Our family were very pleased indeed, and although I did break my word to Elizabeth on a couple of things, I think she would have loved her send off….
