As a supportive team, we work in an environment with excellent communication ensuring that knowledge is readily shared. This enables David and Arianne to focus on supporting families and ensuring that all of their requests are met.
David
Manager / Funeral Consultant
David is an experienced Funeral Director and Manager who joined the team 7 years ago. In the past, he has worked as a Manager in Customer Service and has provided patient care as a Paramedic. His experience and skills enable him to focus on providing quality care to families.
Away from work, David is a devoted husband and father who values sharing experiences with his family. He particularly enjoys music and attending concerts of his old favourites.

My focus when working to assist families is to be truly present and mindful when arranging and conducting a funeral. Arianne
Funeral Consultant
Arianne has previous experience working in the funeral industry and in other customer service roles. She has a genuine interest in people and in providing care and support when needed. Arianne also has a flair for the creative, she once owned her own cake and flower shop. She values working with families to provide the best possible farewell.
In her down time, Arianne enjoys spending time with family and friends, her menagerie of animals and is often found pottering in her garden.

Angela
Design Team Leader / Prepaid Funeral Consultant
Angela leads our in-house design team who contribute to all creative aspects of our work. Our design team works closely with our Funeral Consultants and family members to create personalised stationery and audio-visual photo presentations for funeral services.
Angela also provides valuable client care and administrative support for people choosing to establish Prepaid Funerals.

Jane
Client services / Prepaid Funeral Co-ordinator
Jane worked with Australian Pensioner Funerals in its early years, returning in 2021 after a career in Community Health. Jane oversees our Prepaid Funerals, and co-ordinates our client care services providing administrative assistance to all members of the team.
Jane is often the first point of contact for people who contact us either by attending our Abbotsford office, over the phone or via email contact.
Jane enjoys spending time in Melbourne’s west with her children and pets. In her down time, she may be found spending time working on gardening or crochet projects.

Mortuary Care
Mark and Portia provide mortuary care and preparation for all of our cremations and burial services.
Mark is an experienced mortician who is qualified in embalming. He has over 20 years’ experience and supervises Portia in all aspects of client care.
Both Mark and Portia prioritize looking after the loved ones entrusted to us. They ensure that the special requests of family and friends are met in all aspects of their work.
Funeral Assistants
Robyn, Matt and Gary are the key members of our team of funeral assistants. They are responsible for supporting our Funeral Consultants at funeral services and assisting those attending on the day.
Robyn has previously worked for over 10 years as a Funeral Consultant with us and is known to many families who have arranged funerals with us in the past.
