Our Funeral Consultants and support staff are highly experienced and bring to their roles a broad range of knowledge and specialist skills.

As a supportive team, we work in an environment with excellent communication ensuring that knowledge is readily shared. This enables David and Arianne to focus on supporting families and ensuring that all of their requests are met.


Manager / Funeral Consultant

David is an experienced Funeral Director and Manager who joined the team 7 years ago. In the past, he has worked as a Manager in Customer Service and has provided patient care as a Paramedic. His experience and skills enable him to focus on providing quality care to families.

Away from work, David is a devoted husband and father who values sharing experiences with his family. He particularly enjoys music and attending concerts of his old favourites.

“I was drawn to the Funeral industry with a desire to assist families during one of the most difficult times in their lives. My focus when working to assist families is to be truly present and mindful when arranging and conducting a funeral. It is an honour to work in a role where I can assist families to ensure that loved one’s life is celebrated in full. “ – David


Funeral Consultant

Arianne has previous experience working in the funeral industry and in other customer service roles . She has a genuine interest in people and in providing care and support when needed. Arianne also has a flair for the creative, she once owned her own cake and flower shop. She values working with families to provide the best possible farewell.

In her down time, Arianne enjoys spending time with family and friends, her menagerie of animals and is often found pottering in her garden.

Death and funerals continue to be shrouded in so much mystery which can be overwhelming to families. It is rewarding to be able to take care of the details that can be easily overlooked and make a challenging time easier. Being able to create a farewell to celebrate a person’s life with those close to them is a role I cherish.” – Arianne


Client services / Prepaid Funeral Consultant

Jane has worked with the team at different times over the past 30 years. She returned two years ago to assist to manage our Prepaid Funerals, answer phone calls and support the team with administrative tasks.

Jane is currently based in the Abbotsford office. She brings to the role experience working in Community Health programs as a Volunteer Co-ordinator and Support Worker. Jane enjoys living in Melbourne’s west with her family and dogs, Abbey and Brie.

Design Team

Angela, Sarah and Millie are our youthful and enthusiastic team who contribute to all creative aspects of our work. They work closely with our Funeral Consultants and family members to design all of the personalised stationery and audio-visual photo presentations for funeral services. They are valuable members of the team who also design printed information that families find helpful when arranging a funeral.

Mortuary Care

Mark and Portia provide mortuary care for the people in our care. They take care to ensure that all of the requests of family are met. Mark is a qualified mortician, skilled in embalming.

Funeral Assistants

Robyn, Matt and Stephen are our key members of our team of funeral assistants. They are responsible for supporting our Funeral Consultants during funeral services. Robyn has as a Funeral Consultant for over 10 years with Australian Pensioner Funerals and will be familiar to many families who have arranged or attended one of our services.
